The delivery of the content is important. The majority of the population are either visual or auditory learners. The fewer portion of the population are hands-on learners. Applying content to all three learning types are key in the delivery. Also, repetition is key.

Comment on Marie Wilborn's post: I believe the dot to the watch is a great idea to keep the students on track while training throughout the day on the sites. Its a good way to see if they are not coming along with the dots moving to check on them to assure additional issues have not taken place, or is there need for additional training.
Comment on Andrew Alfonso's post: I learned that the various methods to use to assist with engaging learning in a differing method can be useful in the learning environment. The ones that stick out the most are Songs to get them moving/transition music ! Activities to allow them to critically think and locate supplies/ stock by using timed treasure hunts .
This was one of my favorite topics. Learning new teaching methods and making out-of-the-box presentations was very nice. I especially liked the bingo cards and the pizza presentations.
